Due to re-selling laws and hygienic reasons, we at Amarillo Mattress Online do not accept returns for mattresses and mattress accessories (box springs, foundations, adjustable foundations, sheets, pillows, protectors of any type, toppers, etc.).  For other products when shipping the item back to us, make sure that the product is in its original condition with its original packaging or similar packaging. If any damage occurs due to insufficient protection, partial credit or no credit may be issued. As we use third-party freight companies, all shipping charges will not be refunded (product outbound shipping costs we incurred originally and exchange shipping costs on any replacement products). Refurbished, Factory Certified, and Open Box items are sold as is, and are not eligible for a return.  

If an item is returned for any reason other than a manufacturer's defect, a 20% re-stocking fee will be imposed. If an item is delivered to you defective, the manufacturer's service center may need to authorize the return or exchange of the product, depending on what product you purchased (email for details about your product, Malouf and others handle some warranty claims directly, while others will proceed through Amarillo Mattress Online). Higher re-stocking fees or other fees will be based on if the product is returned with the original box, owner's manual, paperwork, etc. We will not give any credit for a returned item that did not receive pre-approval by a Amarillo Mattress Online representative. Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel an order before the manufacturer has built or shipped your product, we will happily refund 100% of the order.  After it goes into production, the minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied plus other delivery charges that have or will occur in returning the product.

Returns for Damaged Items during Shipping

Though it doesn't happen often and we work with third-party freight and delivery companies to minimize damage, we understand that any product can get damaged in transit. When the freight/delivery company arrives with your product, inspect both the box and the product before signing their paperwork. If the product is damaged beyond repair, or the boxes look beat-up, write on the driver’s paperwork exactly that; “Refusing because of a damaged product,” or “Boxes have holes in them and look very beat-up." We will report any damage right away. If drivers are in a hurry with curbside deliveries and they say that they can't wait for you to open the boxes and inspect the merchandise. Write that on the their paperwork before signing for the delivery. If you do not write any comments about damage and simply sign their paperwork you will not be able to get your item repaired or replaced because we have no recourse for filing a claim with the freight company. If anything does arrive damaged follow these simple instructions and then email us immediately and we'll process and ship the replacement item* at no additional charge. *providing the item is in stock.

Manufacturer Changes

Manufacturers sometimes change details of their products slightly without notifying us. As mentioned with the finish and colors, all photos are a general representation of the product and may or may not reflect any minor changes that the manufacturer has made to the product. As such, should you wish to return a product due to a minor variation from the product photo or description, our "Returns" policy will apply.
