That is why we extend the Nectar and DreamCloud 365 night trial with every Nectar and DreamCloud mattress purchase through Amarillo Mattress Online.  In order to receive the one time benefit through Amarillo Mattress Online please follow the following requirements: 

• It takes 30 nights or more to adjust to the comfort level and support of your new mattress 
• After 30 nights you have up until the 364th day from the original purchase date to take advantage of this service.
• This is a one-time courtesy service of Amarillo Mattress Online that allows you to exchange your mattress for another of equal or greater value without a service fee. 
• Your maximum credit on the exchange will be no more than the original purchase price.
• If you exchange for a lower priced mattress, the difference in price will not be refunded.
• If you exchange for a higher priced mattress the difference in price will need to be paid before shipment.
• You begin the process of exchanging you must send an email to Amarillo Mattress Online at info@amarillomattress.com.  The email must contain the reason for the exchange request, a legible picture of the law tags on the mattress, and attached copy of the receipt or digital receipt.
• All exchanges are reviewed and approved at the discretion of only Amarillo Mattress Online and Nectar/DreamCloud.
