Free Shipping on Everything

Standard Shipping: Parcel Services
The selected parcel service (UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS) delivers your merchandise to your home or place of business and places it at the front area of your workplace or front door of your home. This service has weight and cube restrictions and not all of our items can move in this manner.

Delivery Attempts
If the driver comes out to deliver your items and you are not home for your scheduled time, there will be a $75 attempt fee. If we do not collect this fee the product will not be delivered and all shipping charges associated with the purchase and our re-stocking fee will be charged.

Delivery Locations
We deliver in the continental United States (Excludes Hawaii & Alaska).  We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or anywhere the selected parcel services do not deliver.  We do not deliver internationally.

Inspect All Boxes Upon Delivery

Please inspect the boxes of your new products when delivered. If you notice any slight damage to the packaging that you think might affect the items, please mark it on the bill of lading, or electronic device with a clear description of the nature of the damage. If the boxes are severely damaged, please refuse the shipment and make a notation on the freight bill that there was significant visible damage. Your signature on the receipt is your acknowledgment that your merchandise is satisfactory and delivered as ordered. In the event that your order arrives damaged or if you have any concerns regarding any aspects of the delivery, please email us at info@amarillomattress.com.

Please note that you DO need to inspect the boxes when receiving your product. If there is damage and it is not noted on the delivery receipt, we will not be responsible to replace or fix the merchandise. Please keep the original packaging as it is required for us to process the claim.

 

Mattress & Bedding Deliveries

  • Free Delivery – Free delivery is included with all mattress purchases.  Many delivery companies allow for you to modify your delivery options to ensure safety of the products.  Tracking information will be provided on your order after we receive it from the delivery or manufacturing company.  Customers who order a new mattress for delivery to an address in California may be eligible to schedule pickup of a used mattress. Please refer to California Used Mattress Recovery Act for more information.
  • Service Level – Curbside Delivery gets your purchase to your Front Door. In the case of apartments, curbside delivery will get your purchase to the entrance of the building.
  • Time Table – Many mattresses are made to order after your order is placed. From the time of order, you will receive your mattress usually in approximately 1-3 weeks anywhere in the continental United States (Hawaii & Alaska Excluded) that is road accessible. Remote locations may take longer. Holidays and other special circumstances can lengthen this time.  We can not be responsible for delays in delivery and once a product has been shipped it cannot be cancelled without a restocking fee.  Please see the returns policy for more information.
  • Stock Delays – Some items may go out of stock before we can get your order in, in this case we will contact you with an estimated restock date. If you do not want to wait, you may cancel the order without incurring any restocking fees.

International Deliveries

We do not currently ship anything outside of the continental US.
